Jake is a great guy always knows what he is talking about and has helped me out with more repair issues than I can count all of his guys are well experienced and friendly I recommend this place to everyone I know and will do so for a long time to come

They explained what was wrong with my machine in a way that I was able to understand . I will always bring my equipment there !

Please for the love of God do NOT I repeat do NOT go here!! This place is absolutely horrible it looks like a crack house, the man working is the rudest man ever! We dropped off a lawn mover purchased at Sears that needed repair. We were told it would take 7-10 business day at the most. It's been a month and a half!! I went yesterday to see if maybe it was done. NO he hasn't even started the moment we walked in he started yelling at us telling us he would call when ready, he wouldn't answer any questions, and he kept ignoring everytime we asked how much longer it would take! I'm pretty sure he dosent have my mover anymore because he looks shady as shit he probably sold it to buy drugs!! Just do not bring anything for this man to fix, spend the money somewhere more trustworthy!

If you like having bad things happen to you go here. Or if you like being treated like you are nothing Just walk inside. And enjoy

800.00 dollars at this place I am his son and just moved back a month ago OK I won't get ugly but I am not at all impressed for one they say the wiring harness had been chewed bull it came back exactly the same harness I know because I made my living doing this for twenty yrs they degrease or anything new harness with old grass and oil the oil filter was lose losing oil the deck is now destroyed because of unbalanced blades and the improper replacement of a pully I want the old parts and an explanation my parents are on fixed incomes and the mower never last more than a few days its a shame my name is Kelly Howard I want answers soon or will take it to next level this mower was not touched to the Tyne of 800.00 bucks the deck idler bracket was eaten in two because the spacer wasn't in it now all the blade spindals and blades not balanced what did you guys do to the tune of that money my number is 417-258-3053 I want answers today it should not be in it this condition for ti will cal

This place is the biggest ripoff I've encountered. Called and got an estimate for a repair ~$250, and if it was more, they would call for approval. It was supposed to take a few days. When I called to check on the status, the guy said he hadn't even started work on it.



When it was delivered, I was handed a bill for over $900! No call to make sure that that amount of work was even okay.



On the bill, the lawnmower was reported to have been tested and running smoothly, but when we cranked it up to use it a couple of days later, it hardly started and couldn't even finish mowing the lawn that first time.



Called and the guy came out and "fixed it" on site. It still doesn't run properly/effectively enough to be of any use.

EXCELLENT SERVICE, I HAVE BEEN TO OTHER REPAIR SHOPS, BUT JR SMALL ENGINES IS THE BEST. THEY LISTENED , AND REPAIRED THE LAWN MOWER CORRECTLY, AND EVEN WENT THE EXTRA MILE AND GREASED THE MACHINE AND SHARPENED THE BLADES AT NO EXTRA COST!

I WOULDN'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
