Trespasses, disfigures, threatens and leaves a big mess

Trespassed on my property, disfigured the oldest and largest tree in my yard, left the mess, threatened to kill my dog. Uses a vacant house address to pretend to be a real business. Not registered with the state or insured. Owner gave the cops a fake address.
