My experience at Aldan Dental was very pleasant from the minute I walked in I was welcomed with professional employees very kind and nice. My Dentist Dr Rani was awesome from going over my treatment plan she made sure I got the best care for my dental health the staff are very comforting Lauren the office manager is so polite explained everything to me and made it easy for me to make the decision I needed to make looking forward to my follow up visit thanks to you Dr Rani and staff I can smile again

I have been a patient at Aldan Dental for almost two years. I have never had a problem like the people below. The prices are the same as all the other dentists around, not higher. If you have a problem, it should be discussed with the dentist. I'm very happy with the wait time, which is never longer than 15 minutes past my appointment.

I went to this dental office last week as a new patient and I cannot even tell you how impressed I was, literally from the first phone call I made to the time I walked out of my appointment. First of all your first point of contact when you call there is a young lady named Shannon, she is the office manager. She has to be on of the sweetest not to mention most profession front desk person's I have ever seen in all my years. She is so knowledgable not only about my insurance but about everything dealing with your appointment. She can explain all of your insurance and then turn around and explain every procedure that you need to have done, I did not walk out of that office without any of my questions answered, I knew exactly what was going on and the next steps that we were taking with my treatment( I told her she should be running the place!!). I am petrified of going to the dentist and with my insurance I can go anywhere I want, but when I called them Shannon made me feel so comfortable about coming in assuring me that we can take it slow and step by step and raved how wonderful the doctors were and she was right!! I went for my first appointment and was greeted as soon as I came through the door by Shannon and I immediatley felt comfortable as it was 1 week later and she greeted me by name before I let her know who I even was. Shannon is so professional and the way that child had to multi-task was incredible but I never felt like I was being ignored or put of by her and she engaged me in conversation the whole time I was there waiting for the doctor as I knew she was aware how nervous I was. then I was taken back to the treatment rooms, first off this office is gorgeous!!! Very clean and well taken care of. Then I met Dr. Diceaser, what a wonderful man..also made me feel so comfortable I really could have not asked for a better visit and my husband can't believe that I dont' mind going in for my follow up appointments!! I would highly recommend this office and I usually do not do these review things but I had to do it to let everyone around the area know of the little gem that has moved into our little town...If you are scared of going to the dentist, try this place they will put you at ease, I am telling you!! When I told her how scared I was she told me that I had already been brave enough to take the first step and that was making the first phone call, I know it sounds childish but if you are as afraid of the dentist as I am being treated with kids gloves is what you need and this office definitley provides that comfort to us cowards!!!
