We’ve used Steve’s Heating, Air Conditioning and Electric for many years. They converted a house from hot water to forced air, replaced water heaters, and more! They’ve been knowledgeable and excellent to work with!

I fear some retribution from this company so I'll keep it brief. I called them to check out my AC unit. they sent someone out, and that person did NOTHING. he walked around and made guesses. he then left and told us to call if the problem persisted. We called him a couple days later and he stated that he would have to charge us for overtime, and that he didnt really want to come out because he was sick. I called someone else and they came out, gave us a decent answer and only charged us half a svc fee because he didnt find the problem. I called Steves and told them how poor I thought the situation was handled, and Steve himself called me today, basically accusing me of lying because his tech gave us an answer to the issue. The tech gave us several GUESSES, but no solid answers. He stated that his tech told him I said I didnt want him to come to our home, and the tech never told his boss that he was sick. Fact is, he didnt do ANYTHING. When I spoke to the receptionist, she wasnt at all surprised about it. Before you call Steves, contact Affordable or Greenes. save yourself time and money and stay away from Steve's.
