I have been helped enormously through yoga at wellspringYoga. My hip problems are manageable and my neck problems are defined so I can work on how to ease them. The teachers and staff are top notch. There is a calm sense of wellness and well being that pervades the studio. Everyone is respected, listened to and welcomed. It's a great place to practice yoga.
