I was sent to ABQ Healthpartners by the V.A. My visit went ok, on time, seemed good. Was told it takes 2-4 weeks to receive my glasses by mail. At 4 weeks I called the V.A. and found that ABQ Healthpartners never submitted the forms to the V.A. to process. Now, it's going to take another 2 weeks or more if they rush it. Thanks for nothing health partners. I am very disappointed to say the least.
