This Walgreen's has been handy and a pretty well run (IMHO) pharmacy for years (the pharmacists have always been helpful). What was most handy was the pharmacy was open 24 hours per day. That changed last week. Now they open at 7:00 am and close on the evening. So, I will be moving my prescriptions to a pharmacy closer to my home.

This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy I have ever encountered.

I am not not typically a person to complain, as I have worked in customer service and currently the medical field. I know how stressful both fields can be however, my treatment tonight was totally uncalled for. Rachel, you do not belong in customer service. Specifically in a field that requires compassion.
