I took my dogs in for vaccines today and they were so kind and gentle. I love their care of animals.

An elderly man was there with a large breed puppy. He hadn't had a dog for 55 years and was very panicky. One of the nurses calmed him down and said if he couldn't handle the dog she would take him.

They LOVE animals there.

They are HORRIBLE! I took my poor dog there to get fixed, and they ended up cutting her bladder. It cost a lot of money at the emergency vet to get her fixed up. When I told Dr Levitt at VetCo about the experience, she told me it was somehow my fault. She tried to cover up that she had nicked my dog's bladder. The emergency vet told me they get a lot of business because of Valley VetCo.

I'd give them a zero too. After sitting down and reading all the reviews on various search engines, I have to admit the best description of the employee "Val" is indignant. I also had a horrendous experience with her. She is condescending and outright mean. Her bitter affect is apparent in her approach with people and visibly shows on her face. She was not helpful, and gave us the impression she did not enjoy her job. When you work in the service industry, you should be receptive and friendly with your clientele. "Val" was the extreme opposite. Pure vinegar running through those veins.

Wish I could give them a zero. Horrible experience. Their employee named Val was just awful. We took our dogs in and immediately noticed this employee was unhappy and she took it out on everyone. We asked what her name was and they told us. Yes it was busy, but we noticed she was even awful with the people she works with. She was rude, had attitude, was snippy, and not at all helpful in a stressful situation. You should be nice to customers if you want to keep them as customers. I tell everyone I know not to go to Valley Vetco because of her. She is just rude and not wanting to be working for customers. She needs a change in careers or an attitude adjustment.

grouch

The employee "Val" should not be working with people. She is rude, disrespectful and downright nasty. I don't have to put up with her sour attitude. I will NOT be returning. Get rid of the grouch.

You get what you pay for - a terrible experience.

TERRIBLE service! I have never experienced a more rude, grumpy and indignant receptionist that takes a stressful situation (a room full of panicked pets) and makes it 10 times worse. The veterinarian is no better, she apparently knows it all (which is contrary to reality). And she stuck my dog three times, not paying attention to her JOB. Do not give them your email unless you enjoy being bombarded with constant messages. I will NEVER give them my business again.

DIEGO THE "BAD" CAT

Took my "bad" black cat in recently. He has yet to learn how to duck and weave, i.e. rope a dope. Anyway, Dr. Livia and the ladies were awesome. The vet and assistant were very caring and concerned. She went over all the medication and how to best apply. I had taken him to another vet place for the same problem and they were also very caring. But very expensive too. So I got the same care and attention at less price. Love the place.

Catty employees

I've been taking my puppy here for his vaccinations, hearworm prevention, and neuter. During the last visit I made a comment that the "doctor" apparently didn't like. I would think that they would understand that, to some people a pet is part of the family, and be more understanding of their concerns. When I called for follow up information, I was greeted nicely, and then when I gave my puppy's name, the person's tone changed, and she was quite "catty". I can see why some people work with animals. They have no people skills. Nothing personal, but I don't care for paying anybody for treating me like a dog. I will take my "baby" elsewhere in the future.

Valley Vet-Co

Took our (not so social) adopted dog to clinic for shots. Although concerned when we saw quite a few customers, this turned out to be a pleasant experience. The clinic is clean and nicely arranged. Receptionist is organized and knowledgable and able to interact with the providers and customers at amazing efficiency. The dr was easy on the dog and us. We were in and out and on to the next errand.
