Cleaned our house after we moved out on a Friday afternoon. On Monday I went back and found a new stain. They refused to do anything about it. Said something about a 48hr warranty which isn't indicated on their website.
Warranty is nothing but a meaningless word to them.

As the receptionist/scheduler said: No hidden costs. Crew of Anthony & Fernando were friendly & professional. This is my 1st experience with Thoroclean & I'll gladly come back.

I have used them for years. Their prices are reasonable and they honor discounts. They are on-time, pleasant and professional, do a good job with cleaning, and are careful not to bang into walls or furniture. My team this time was Fernando and Josh - kudos to both.

Use ThoroClean! They are the best Carpet cleaners I have ever had. with 3 kids 2 dogs my carpet came clean, and the technicians explained the entire process. They also moved most my furniture.. something I had never experienced. Price was key for me, and thankfully there were no hidden fees. My upholstery was cleaned also and looks almost brand new! i will be recommending ThoroClean. Thanks for an awesome JOB
