Provided by YP.comThey evicted my friend who was on a VA voucher. Trashed the apt! Broke vertical blinds, garbage disposal, light fixtures. Or so they said! I did see the vertical blinds! Said he lived there part of September, which he did NOT. Then sent him a bill for $1000! See you in court!

Provided by YP.comThis company is sucks. I never owe them any rent. I always pay my rent on time. I have 30 days notice to move out. After 10 days they ask me to pay for the house while i am moving out.

Provided by YP.comI give it one star because this company is sucks. My batroom wasn't flush, I call them . they come and fix it. After that they send me the Bill and ask me to pay for it. I decided to pay for it. After my lease was over I just give them 30 days notice to move out ,now they want me to pay even though I have my deposit . that is ridiculous
