Poor service and quality. Go somewhere else to rent skis.

I rented skis for my 8, 12, and 13 year olds to go skiing this weekend. We waited in line for about a half hour and were then told to sit down on the square bench if you could find a spot. After my kids were passed up for other people coming later I stepped in an got someone. When the kids finally got to try on the boots and told the guy that they were to small and that they hurt he said that was the right size and would not get a different pair. Needless to say when we got on the mountain the kids had to cut the day short because the couldn't deal with the pain any longer. Also, my 8 year olds instructor said that he did great but that the boot kept popping out of the binding but that for legal reasons they could not make the necessary adjustments. Overall it was a terrible let me take your money and get you out the door experience with zero quality control.
