I had 3 uniform pants needing hemming and 3 uniform shirts needing patches on the left sleeve. I called them on Tuesday, 8/11/15, for pricing and how long the turn around time would be. they quoted me $8.00 for pants and $4.00 for patches and would be ready next Wednesday, 8/19. I dropped them off after work and was told at this time they would not be ready until Thursday, 8/20, after 4:00pm. I arrived on Friday, 8/21, at 4:00pm and was told they were not ready. To return tomorrow just before 1:00pm as they close at 1:00pm. I called at 12:00pm on Monday, 8/26, to verify if the clothes were ready. I was assured they were ready. I arrived at 2:50pm that day to be told they were not ready by the same lady I spoke with on the phone earlier in the day. She asked me to wait 15 minutes and she'll have them done. I actually waited 40 minutes. paying at the register, she charged me $12.00 for each pants and $4.00 for the patches. I questioned her about being quoted $8.00 for hemming pants over the phone, she said that that price is for jeans. She said she charges $10.00 for dress pants and $12.00 for uniform pants. I asked her about them being late from the day I was promised. She said it just took longer than expected. So, 5 days late and $12.00 + tax more than I was quoted, and not even an apology, I finally got my uniforms. Beware of this shop; very unprofessional, terrible customer service, and very deceiving.
