My daughter's school had their fund-raiser night here last night. We all had a great time. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The young man checking out skates measured my little one and even myself to make sure we got the right sizes. There were a couple of employees on the skate floor helping the young children who fell down. The dj was good and did a couple of fun skates. The only unpleasant thing was standing in line at the snack bar. It got pretty backed up since there was just one girl making the food and waiting on customers. Another employee or two came over to help make the food. There was only one register. I just wanted to redeem the free drink coupon they gave us. I would suggest having two lines: one for redeeming coupons, the other for paying customers. I think everyone enjoyed themselves last night judging on all the smiles!

don't have your birthday party here ever!!!

i just had my little girls birthday there this last weekend and it was the worst birthday she as had ever. the service there was bad the gm was rude so was the manger. i was standing in line before 2 that's when my party started and the manger clearly saw me with cake in my hand and ice cream she didn't let me in until 2:20 and my guest didn't get in till 3 and the manger was being rude everyone in my party and they kicked us all off the skate ring and 20 minutes till four they kicked off the table and dropped cake on my baby's presents. they also overcharged me, they charged me for infants that don't skate and the food was nasty and their service was bad and they didn't want to refuined my sister who didn't skate at all. to ever reads this don't ever ever go there because its not worth it at all!!! thanks for your time

This Place is a place where people can go to have fun as a family and to share good times laughing..!:] I've seen all the other reviews and just thought "wow"! Kevin(the manager) must be devastated and just trying to do his best. He tries to handle almost 200 teens in one night maybe more, maybe less. But I have a question for everybody who says Roller Scate City= Bad. Why haven't you tried to help Roller Scate City? Why not help make an agreement? I would like to see everybody who talks about Roller Scate City, try to handle 200 teens screaming and yelling cuss words at every moment with maybe 5 fights?! Thanx

Been to Roller Skate City twice - will say that the service wasn't great, but the employees at least seemed friendly. Unfortunately that's the best I can say. I live in the surrounding neighborhood, and many times in the past several months have been awakened at all hours of the night due to the loud music booming from inside this place. Sounds like the employees like to have parties there after hours - in fact, I was awake til *6 AM* one morning waiting for the noise to stop!



I believe part of the character of a business is whether or not it integrates well into its community - these little boys and girls (they're definitely not grown up!) obviously don't care about the neighborhood and have little to no consideration for the people who live around them.



Roller Skate City = EPIC FAIL. My suggestion? Bulldoze it and improve the neighborhood!
