Provided by SuperpagesI wish I could write a review with one star. This is a terrible business. They will charge you for diagnostic work without finishing the job. They charge way too much for labor. They are ridiculously slow and very unprofessional.

Provided by SuperpagesA few years ago I bought a new Tracker bass boat from Rocky Mountain RV and Marine then moved out of state. Recently, I was out fishing in the middle of a huge lake and when I went to start up the big motor to move to another spot, it wouldnt start. I worked on the motor trying everything I knew to do and nothing worked. I discovered that I had cell phone service where I was and I still had Rocky Mountains phone number in my directory, co I called them for help. Wes Hedlund, the service manager, spent at least a half hour with me on the phone and with his help, the big motor started and I headed straight for the marina. This was a Saturday afternoon so I know that Rocky Mountains service had to be slammed. I cant thank Wes enough for taking the time to help me out of a bad situation. Its no fun to be stranded in the middle of the lake! My only regret is that I live too far away to take the boat to Rocky Mountain for service!

Provided by SuperpagesAs a small business owner myself, I know how difficult it is to please all of the people all of the time. What you hope for is that the people you do business with do their absolute best all of the time and that's the way I feel about Rocky Mountain RV and Marine. They strive to provide exceptional customer service to their customers and I have only experienced that when doing business with them. Recently, I was on the lake in my Tracker bass boat I bought from them and was having trouble with the motor. I called on my cell phone for help and was connected to Bob Franklin, the service manager. Over the phone, he helped me to get my motor started again, preventing me from spending a frustrating afternoon on the lake trying to get back to the marina. Instead, I was able to enjoy fishing for the rest of the day. Thanks Bob!

They are great at first then after spending 32,000 on a boat they will tell you to get lost or charge for for repairs that of course are your fault, GO TO DM MARINE GREAT GUYS! I will never step foot in Rocky Mtn again wish they would burn to the ground.

I’ve been dealing with the fine folks at Rocky Mountain RV & Marine for almost 15 years. They have always treated me with respect and they go out of their way to make sure that I remain a satisfied customer. I’ve bought 2 Tracker boats and a Trail Runner travel trailer from them and every time I go into the dealership I am reminded that I made the right choice by deciding to purchase my outdoor toys from them. They are a great company to do business with.

During our Memorial Day weekend trip to Conchas Lake, we discovered that one of our pontoons on our SunTracker was leaking. I guess we must have hit a rock in the middle of the lake. Anyway, we took the pontoon to Rocky Mountain to have it repaired. A couple of days later we were watching the morning news and saw that the service department was on fire! Course, we freaked out because our pontoon was there. We called as soon as they were open and found out that the pontoon was fine and they would have the repair done by the middle of the week! Even though their service department had just burned to the ground and was a total disaster, they kept their word and had the pontoon back to us by that thursday. I really appreciated the fact that Rocky Mountain didn't delay any service issues while dealing with a disaster. We have done business with Rocky Mountain for over 10 years and have no issues with their customer service or fees for repairs.

I went in to Rocky Mountain RV one day to purchase a small prart for a friend's boat. I was greeted with smiles by the sales staff. This was not the case with the rude and condescending treatment I received at the parts counter. I will not return.

I would'nt take these guys a canoe to find a water leak. They probably could'nt find it. I bought a boat from these guys about yrs ago. I figured I could trust them to find a water leak in a boat they sold. I figured wrong. I got hosed for roughly 1900.00 for something they could not do which was repairing a water leak. They told me to dry off better before I got in the boat. I will talk trash about Rocky Mtn. every chance I get. I ended up taking my boat to D&M Marine here in Albuquerque, New Mexico. They fixed it and gave me a break because I had already got screwed. They even saved my vacation. I think the reason they charge so much is they have way to much overhead like employees and inventory

Provided by SuperpagesSNOOTY; We pruchased a new Bass Tracker Pontoon boat outside of town. There were accessories that we decided to add to the boat so we headed to Albuquerque to the Tracker Dealer- Rocky Mountain. This was a trip that we should have saved the gas on. Personnel were less than helpful and hunted out the customers that dressed better and drove better then us country folks at the moment. Not realizing our money was just as good and that we had entered the store prepared to spend we were over looked and shuffled asided from the time we walked in the door. ...and no, we didn't smell like horse. So, we spent $3.00 and left, as we watched the other customers leave who were window shopping.

Provided by SuperpagesWe went to look at a new boat and they were asking msrp for it and weren't willing to budge on the price nor were they willing to throw in any accessories. I was surprised by this considering the current economy. The customer service was good, the person we spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable. If you are looking for a deal you might be better off looking elsewhere.

I have never been to a dealership as knowledgable, friendly and helpfull, as Rocky Mountain RV and Marine. Every employee walks around smiling and willing to help any one in need. It's obvious every employee loves their job and employer
