I really don't know about their business but do they hire the handicap? If they don't then somebody is using a handicap placard (C099908) illegally to park at walmart on carlisle in handicap parking taking up quite a bit of space with their half or one tone white utility truck. which is not only illegal but very inconsiderate. If the driver of this truck is handicap then please pardon me.
