Terrible service. I was trying to make an appointment to have my hail damage estimated for an insurance claim. The receptionist accused me of attempting to make her job harder because my insurance didn’t provide an “assignment” to take pictures of my car. She was extremely rude and short with me. I took my car over to m&m and they took care of the insurance estimate no problem.

Absolutely fantastic service! Jerry at the Westside location is great. This comes from someone who hates anything having to do with car insurance and accident repair. This is a great place.

I will never use their services again. This is not bad repair but a case of down right horrible customer service. From the gates I should have known this was going to be bad.. I walk in not a very friendly greeting.. They have me fill out a paper. The women behind the desk was super unconvinced by the fact I did not know the claim #. I filled out the paperwork and asked how long it takes for the estimate. I was answered with 30 minutes.. if you have the time. ( very rude). The guy who was going to do my estimate came out he stated "they are coming in now? This is old already". Then muttered something then called me and asked if I would walk him to the car. Goes out does the estimate is super rude to me and my mother who was waiting with me. The enterprise guy is just as rude. I was told I would have difficulty renting a car because I am not 21 ( you have to be 21 to rent a car most of the time). I had talked with the same man earlier in this process, he us the one that told me this. He then proceeded to be very rude and unhelpful and told me in fact I could rent the car and did not need my mom there to sign. After I had gone out of my way to make sure that she was there. Overall this was one of the worst experiences I have had with being treated so poorly because of my age. I will not be returning there for the work only car. If you can tolerate an establishment chalk full of rude people then quanz is a great place! Sad part is they do good work I know people that have used them too bad their attitudes do not reflect that.

My car had a loud noise coming from the engine and Quanz was the closest place to pull into. They got me in right then and there but told me it would take them a day to fully diagnose the vehicle and they would get me in a rental. Turns out they have an enterprise inside of their office too! They gave me a car to drive and didn't charge me because I was getting my car serviced. They called the next day to explain the necessary repairs and that if I would like them to move forward they would have it ready within a couple of hours. When I picked it up the mechanic went over everything with me to make sure I understand what happened. From the front desk to the staff, everyone was very nice. Great business. Highly recommended.

We have had two cars at the Quanz auto body shop. One subaru and one audi. The finishes came out looking better than new on both vehicles. Great shop experience and great shop staff.

Strongly do not recommend.

Last fall, I had an issue where my engine would stop after I'd started my car and made a right turn. One of my coworkers had a similar issue and it turned out to be his alternator. Since AAA only towed 5 miles, I took it to nearby Quanz. I suggested they check out the alternator. They tested it and said it looked just fine, and replaced the fuel pump instead.



Within a week, my engine again stopped during a right turn onto Coors. I called Quanz and they towed my car back to their place. Their solution was to give me a SECOND fuel pump. Everything seemed OK until I needed to fill up with gas later that week. The gas leaked straight onto the ground and needed to be cleaned up by the gas station, while my car again got towed to Quanz. They stated one of their mechanics had forgotten to install one of the seals. They replaced the fuel pump (pump #3 now) and added the seal, and this time even tried to charge me for the seal they had previously forgotten!



After the 3rd fuel pump, the problem came back. I instead took it to Jiffy Lube and had them check the alternator (my first hunch and initial request to Quanz). Their test showed a bad alternator, they replaced it, and I no longer had any problems. Magic! If only Quanz's test had properly shown my bad alternator.



To top it off, a couple of months later I went to fill my tank with gas, and the hole to insert the gas nozzle had actually shifted underneath the body of my car to the point I was unable to insert the nozzle & fill up. Ridiculous, and most certainly related to the 3 bad fuel pump replacements by Quanz.



I had to take my car to them 3 times and they still really messed up my car, whereas Jiffy Lube surprisingly got it right on the first go. While the customer service was nice and everyone was very pleasant, I would definitely NOT recommend Quanz.

These guys really know their stuff and they get you in and out. Everyone knows how it is to be without a car and Quanz made it bearable. I was involved in an accident which tore up the whole front end of my car and they were able to make it look better than it was in just over 2 weeks! They even matched the colors perfectly. I would recommend Quanz to anyone! They are always available and had an answer to all of my questions too! Very professional!

They did great work and took care of me and my car. I was so happy that I decide to go with Quanz. they gave me a life time warrenty on the work they did which means alot to me. They were very nice also.

Ive been taking my vehicles here since I started driving. Quanz has done both mechanical and body work on the different vehicles I have own and they have always done a good job for me. I have never had any complants. As long as im driving I know Quanz will be there for me and because of that I will give them my business.

I've taken several cars to Quanz for various repair work, and they have always done a great job! Their location is very convenient since its right off Paseo Del Norte. They have even given me a ride home when i did not have a ride. I will always take my car to them because they are ver knowledgeable and most important honest!!! Thank you to all of you at Quanz!

Excellant service. Easist car repair ever! Rental car service was easy right from Quanz to Enterprise. Everyone was professional and courtious. The quality of work is awesome. I will return and recommend Quanz to others. Thank you!

I recently had an accident and took my car in to Quanz for repairs. They had been recommended by my auto insurance company. I had driven by Quanz for years and had never stopped by for any auto service. After my experience with Quanz, I regret not stopping by years ago. The service was fantastic, they provided timely and consistent status calls, the work was actually completed a day earlier than expected, and the people there were very professional. In particular, I was very impressed with the professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge of Jerry S. and the rest of the staff. Due to these factors Quanz has gained a repeat customer for my auto needs. I have been looking for a place I felt I could trust for quite some time, and I have found that place in Quanz. I will definitely recommend Quanz to my friends. Keep up the good work!

I've been taking my cars to Quanz for years and I have aloways been satisfied with the quality of work. I feel comfortable giving my business to a company that I know will stand behind their work...which Quanz has done. I have recommended friends who have had the same experience.
