This post is in regards to the Farmington store, however given my experience, I feel it's necessary to make my experience well known by the company.





Most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I bought some perfume from my wife from this company and it was not what was presented. I asked if it was new, and it was not. We were sold the tester. I hadn't even left the counter and was told we would be given a discount three times by the young man at the store. After several calls to his boss he continually reneged on his promises. I never raised my voice but the "manager" must have felt it was appropriate to call the mall security to escort us out. Nothing more threatening than a man, his wife, and 2 small children is there?



To be honest, Amazon is cheaper. I sent an email to the website admin and never received a response. I have worked in customer service and the way I was treated in front of my family is inexcusable. I will make my dissatisfaction with this company VERYknown.
