Have been doing business with power diesel since 2006. Just had injectors and glow plugs installed on my F250 and had a call from Jimmie of a problem with the injector cups. These needed replaced. If this had not been caught I would have had a very costly bill later on. Again great service at a fair price. They also will do something that no other shop or dealer will do, give you a call back after the service.

I have had several big jobs performed on my F250 since 2006 when Donnie first started his business. Each time I have received the best service without the delays. I just had new injectors and glow plugs installed, with a follow up call from Jimmie of a problem with 2 injector cups being cracked and should be replaced. Again a serious problem later on prevented. They are great mechanics, and the service is excellent, One thing that Donnie and Jimmie do is after the service they always call at a later date to find out if everything is working or any problems. I've never been called by a dealer or any other shop for a follow up after THE SERVICE check.

I have been taking our 2004 Ford Crown Victoria to NM Diesel Power for over three years. I have had all good experiences with them; their knowledge of Fords is amazing; their service quality is outstanding, and their "good neighbor" attitude towards customers and between themselves is refreshing, indeed. In addition, if a customer is a military veteran (like me), they give a discount on their labor charges.

I was sold a lemon from a Ford dealership in Colorado. It started overheating in just a few miles after hooking it up to our 5th wheel. We took it to NM Diesel Power and within an hour of looking at it, they told me that this truck was not worth the trouble when they could have made a bundle by putting a new engine in it and charging extra for me being stranded.

Instead, they proceeded to help me by faxing all their diagnostics to the dealer. They then stored the vehicle for me for 2 months while we waited for resolution from the Colorado Board of Dealerships.

These guys are straight shooters. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate their help.
