If you buy or bring a vehicle to New Mexico and want to get it registered here, you will need a Certified VIN Inspection by a Certified VIN Inspector before your car can be registered. Come to our towing yard or we will come to you! New Mexico State Law requirements: All used vehicles with titles from any state other than New Mexico, being registered and titled in New Mexico, shall be visually inspected by a Certified VIN Inspector to verify that the vehicle identification number on the Certificate of Title corresponds with the vehicle.
