I have been a Merle Norman customer for more than 30 yrs. Usually I have gone to this store on Louisiana, across from Sheraton. It's really gone downhill since 2012 & this year (2013) has reached new lows. Often out of the items I want (not unusual ones, either). So, I put in an order in-person. Then they called & asked what had I ordered. Rosa then told me they didn't order anything w/o pymt in advance (a first). She is cheery (most of the time), but always is unhelpful - very passive aggressive...seems to enjoy finding reasons not to help. I will be taking my business elsewhere (like to the San Pedro store - really nice people, much more helpful, have been in touch more than Rosa ever was since I visited them- even though I've only visited them ONCE so far!!).

VERY RUDE! I purchased a groupon for a facial. When I scheduled, I was told that they are booking one month out because of the groupon deal (understandable). So I went ahead and scheduled one month out. Well the day of my facial, a family emergency came up and I was unable to call or cancel the appointment. The next day I called to reschedule, I spoke to a lady named TAMARA, who I believe does the facials, and she WAS VERY RUDE and says she cannot reschedule me nor honor my groupon that I paid for because I no showed! I explained I had a family emergency and she was still very rude and said they will not honor my groupon and I cannot schedule and basically I was out of luck! I called groupon and reported them and I intend to pursue this further. Very poor customer service I have ever experienced. WOW

Went to this location because the Coors location was always out of my makeup!! The Louisiana location had far better service I was so glad to find them!! My new bestfriend!!

This Merle Norman Spa was awesome! Did a mini facial and the natural skin care line they used was truely amazing! I loved it and will be back soon for a make-up lesson. Thanks so much for taking so much time with me!
