Took my daughter here today to get her road test. Was referred here by MVD Express, who indicated they were able to do her road test and get her provisional license. Mr. McGinnis, who was the road tester, was incredibly condescending to both me and my daughter. We were charged $80 to get the "expedited appointment" (within a week) and a rude road test in their vehicle. Mr. McGinnis took several points off on the test because my daughter didn't lock his car's doors before starting, and she was unfamiliar with the acceleration and braking, and missed some target speeds and just passed the white line before a crosswalk at a stop. This was an ENORMOUSLY BAD EXPERIENCE. NEVER GO TO THIS BUSINESS!! Once I paid $80 here, I went to MVD Now to get her license (Lomas and Eubank), and had a wonderful customer experience and will bring my business to them going forward.

I don't bash companies on public forums just to get attention. I compliment them publicly! If I have a problem, I call them. Seems to work better! When I have a GREAT experience I want everyone to know! There's plenty of bashing going on out there. McGinnis has a great, POSITIVE program and people!!

I chose to take some refresher lessons and rode test with McGinnis after a lapse in driving of several years. I used their customized service and had a great experience with Ryan McGinnis and the staff of the Coors location. I give them 5 stars for great service and highly recommend them.

I have no idea what those two other reviewers are trying to do but, I think anyone can tell the reviewers must be owners of another driving schools trying to degrade the McGinnis'. Anyone and everyone I talk to that has kids to go to Driver Ed always goes to McGinnis Schools. I have had two of mine go to McGinnis'. They are very nice people and give even free driving hours to students that need that little extra help. If you wait the best driver education, service do yourself a favor. Go to other driving schools look at the office, classroom, staff and owner. Then go over to any of the McGinnis' locations and do the same. If that does not convice you, nothing will, I did. They are by far the best Driving School around. They must be doing something right... They have been around now for 49 years, they train more three times more students then any other driving school.

Terrible service. Rude office personnel. Classroom smells like a wet ashtray.

I had a poor experience. they dont teach you and just take your money. Mrs mcginnis was so rude to me. she is a horrible and a mean person just hunts down for money. they just scam you thats all they do. if you are late to your appointment you get a fee. if you dont show up, you get a bigger fee. everything is a fee. waste of money. waste of time.
