Don't use L Mora Trash for your residential trash disposal. I called 3 weeks ago to get a new trash can a a recycle bin as we have recently decided to recycle. It took 3 weeks to get the new trash can which they brought this am with no recycle bin so of course I called for like the 5th time in 3 weeks and the rude lady who couldn't seem less concerned said that her guy had to go pick one up and would bring this pm (her guy knew for 3 weeks so not bringing this am when he picked up the trash and left the new trash can is ignorant and lazy). Then when I go outside later in the afternoon I see another can and I'm like okay cool it's the recycle bin so I grab it to take it up to the house and that's when I notice there is motor oil caked on my hands, dripping on the outside front of the can, caked on the inside of the can, and already stained and dripped the concrete in our cul-de-sac in front of our house where they pick up the trash. So I call clearly upset and again she's rude and says well let me call my guy, and puts me on hold, she comes back and says he is already in tijeras 20 minutes away and can't come back for 7 day's to pick up the dripping motor oil recycle bin and also mentions at that time that her guy didn't see anything. Im like ummm okay. So I tell her. Ma'am I can take pics and send them to you which I gladly did. So basically it gets to drip motor oil all over my cul-de-sac for a week. So of course I'm not okay with that and I had my husband call and she wasn't any less ride or unconcerned with him so ultimately we cancelled our service.

I was a customer for 10 years, I was too lazy to change, and in that time I had to call almost every year just to get the bill sent. Typically I received it verbally and paid it over the phone. Their pickups are inconsistent, I have had to call multiple times through the years to get them to start picking up agian despite that I live on a main road here. When I called this year to cancel services, the owner's response was so arrogant, "I have thousands of pickups, I don't need you." If you want to do business with a company that has no concept of who the customer is, with horrible administrative practices that cannot simply get a bill mailed out, and a narcissistic attitude, this is the company for you.

UPDATE, add unethical, I canceled my service on the 10th of June and receive a bill on the 22nd (for the first time in 5 years) that included the month of June instead of a prorated bill for only the first week although that was the week they forgot to pickup my trash.
