I purchased a chiffon dress for my daughters wedding. The tunic style jacket had arms that needed to be altere as they were too long. Kim "supposedly" meassured them to the place they should have fallen right at the wrist with a tip hanging on top of my hand. When I picked it up, took it home and tried it on, one sleeve was just above my wrist and the other sleeve was a good 1/2 inch shorter than that!!! When I took it back to show her and ask for my money back she actually had the nerve to suggest she sew on the fabric she had cut off!! On a sheer chiffon that would have been so obvious. She really didn't seem to care too much that they messed up although she did refund my money. Hardly helpful to get a few dollars back on a $250.00+ dress the totaly messed up. Beware!!! Find someone else to do your alterations
