Jerry was scheduled to do a simple waterproofing of a cinder block wall shared with my neighbor. He failed to call me back as promised to schedule a day/time. When I called him he then scheduled a date and then no-showed. When I called a week later, he stated he was swamped and the job was too small & referred me to his father. Why didn't he refer me to his father in the first place? No excuse for the lack of communication, no matter what the size of the job. Too bad to because we had plans to raise another adjoining property wall and build a front patio area requiring lengthy design and landscaping. Nice guy, but very disappointed.
