Terrible service, incorrect flower order and owner refused to rectify and hung up on me.

I am appreciated the friendly customer service I received over the telephone, from a distance. They were able to accommodate my last minute request for delivery on a Saturday afternoon. I contacted other florist shops in Albuquerque and was told we can deliver on M-F and Sat with enough notice. In Bloom didn't bat an eye and firmly said yes, we want your business.

Love this shop. They've done some very creative and unique things for me. The flowers are always fresh and the presentation is outstanding.

Called the day before Mother's Day to place an order. After finding out that the major florist weren't delivering on Sunday. Diane was very helpful and the price was reasonable for being a Mother's Day order. They only missed a small detail in my order but overall I'm very pleased.
