Amazing visit , great relaxing place with outstanding customer service . Visited with a big group and had a great time , shisha was great , hit and cold drinks offered , outside patio was awesome .

My wife ordered from there website to purchase a hookah kit, her first at that. It has been several days (4 to be exact) and we have no form of communication from them other than an order number for the item and a receipt from our bank that they took the funds.We have emailed them more than 4 times (on seperate days) and messaged them on their facebook site. Still to this point, no communication back from them. Due to this, we are now having to take this to the next step; legal action and fraud.
