I have never given a 5 star review before, but Glass Rite truly deserves all five stars in my opinion. In 1995, I purchased windows for my home. My living room window which is in front of my house and the biggest window made our home look amazing. I can remember how astonished I was that the outside noise was so diminished. That was the last time I really paid attention to them. I know that might sound odd, but they never needed repair. I washed them when needed, but that was it. Recently we did a remodel and as the sun shone through my beautiful Glass Rite windows, we noticed for the first time in 20 years that the front window had odd streaks. I decided to call Glass rite to see if something could be done. Dan Burton my original sales person 20 years ago, came out to my house before Christmas 2014. Yes, 20 years later, the same guy. How many companies can you say that about? I figured he would say they were out of warranty and it wasn't their problem. I was wrong. He said even though they were out of warranty, Glass Rite would stand behind their product and replace the window. So dear reader, I am writing this 5 star review sitting on my living room couch basking in the warm New Mexico sun. Thank you Glass Rite for your customer service and standing behind your product 20 years after the install!
