My car was making a squealing noise, so a new clutch was recommended...bought the new clutch and the car is still making the same noise. Also, on my last visit, new suspension was recommended, but this time I took it for a second opinion, turns out it just needed an alignment.recommended unnecessary repairs

I called on a Thursday morning, I was leaving on vacation the next day. I spoke to Justin, and I told him I needed my car back the next morning. He said "No Problem!" I needed a full tune up and ac check. My car has been running great ever since! Definitely call these guys first!

only once in my life have i been given a quote for auto service, only to find out the final price is LOWER than quoted. Gene's really stands out as a "mom and pop" type of place where you can really trust the guys to tell you what does and doesn't need to be done. i drop their name every chance i get, and will never go anywhere else for auto service as long as i live in NM.

Gene+s Service Center has been taking care of my car for 5 years now. My parents also use their services. I went to them after the Ford Dealership took me for an expensive ride after a simple oil change. Gene+s Service Center does thorough work and is very honest. When I drive away from the shop after having my vehicle serviced, I always feel safe, and secure, in that my vehicle was taken care of properly and I'm in no danger of a break down. Thank you guys for all your hard work!!

They took the time to explain the components of my repair to me. I really liked how helpful they were in stead of just telling me it was going to cost an "arm and a leg." I'm really glad I found these guys, they will be my mechanics for life.###Jay
