We had a LG Flex that wasn't charging we took in they did a wonderful job of fixing it!!!

What nice guys! They were helping a couple older folks also when I was there to get my screen on my phone fixed. They had a great helpful demeanor and really seemed to care about what they were doing. Thanks! Also super fast turn-around time on the repair (about 2 hours).

The guy there is the sweetest and knows what he is doing,he gets your phone done fast and does it right and the customer service he gives is more then expected:) out of anybody

After dropping my phone, I desperately needed the screen on my LG G2 replaced. I called Fullbars in advance to ask if they had the appropriate screen in stock, and if they would be able to fix it, to which they seemed confident they could get it done in 45 minutes. This was highly convenient for me, since I am not from Albuquerque and would have to make a special trip to get my phone fixed. After leaving my phone with them, they said the wait time would now be close to 2 hours. Upon returning 2 hours later, they said to give them another hour. Being that I am not from Albuquerque, I asked if it was possible to purchase the screen and install it myself. I have plenty of experience with electronics and knew it wouldn’t be a difficult task. $100 later, I returned home to find the LCD was beaten up and looked damaged: I installed it anyways. As I presumed, the LCD was cracked and not usable. Immediately, I called Fullbars and spoke with the employee that sold it to me. He simply told me to check my connections (even though I explained to him the LCD was clearly cracked), and told me to call him back. I called back 10 minutes later only to get their answering machine, to which I left a message for them to return my call. After waiting 2 days with no response, I decided to call again. They told me the screen they sold me was fine, and that I must have cracked it myself. After asking if they could replace the broken LCD they sold me, they put me on hold for close to 20 minutes, then hung up on me. Once again, I called back only to get their answering machine. Leaving yet another message, I still have not heard back from them. I am completely disappointed with their service and would not recommend them to anyone. Fullbars does not deserve any stars; do not waste your time and money like I did.

I wanna thank the people at full bar cell phone repairs for fixing my S5 price was good and the guy I had talked to knows what he's doing he should get a raise thank you guys you will have my business and I'll send people I know with messed up phones your way thank you

They are really awesome. I'm a klutz and I always drop my iPhone needing screen replacement 3 times. Not only did I get 15% discount or being a Facebook friend, but I got a discount for a trade-in (my old 3GS) He's always accurate on timing, too, telling you when your phone will be ready. I've never had to wait longer than he estimated, and sometimes he's done sooner than expected!!

Really really fast, nice people, the prices were just awesome. I was so happy when I got my iPhone fixed so fast (All OEM parts :) and so innexpensive.. Definetly reccomended.
