Exceptional Service - thanks to Bankers Life long-term-care insurance my infirm 90-year-old aunt received the expert, kind round-the-clock care she needed during the last two years of her life. Branch Sales Manager Jeff Hakes guided her son and me through the process for making the policy claim; he patiently coached us through the steps for the application and activation of her long-term-care policy. He promptly responded to all calls, emails and directed the work we needed to do to gather documents from my aunt’s physician, the assisted living residence and more. The monthly reimbursement claim - the reimbursement by Bankers Life for payments made to the nursing home monthly - was smooth and easy through the Bankers Life online site.
