This program has been a marvelous experience for me! Of course, I have been determined to stick to it and it is very encouraging to loose 1-2 lbs a week! On the first week, I lost about 4-5 lbs! It is easy to stick to the diet...I feel more energized and love to be thin again! The staff is helpfully and supportive. Check it for yourself!

I have been going to Fit Medical Weight Loss since October 5, 2012. I have lost over 50 lbs. I have tried other diets and had temporary successes, always gaining the wiehg back and then some. I decided to give this a try as a 50th birthday present to myself. I am SO happy I did. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The diet is very easy to follow. But the best thing is how wonderful I feel. I have recently gone clothes shopping and went from a size 22 to a 12/14. When people see me now they cant believe how different I look. I love the new me. If you have had past diet failures and feel like you were always on a diet that made you feel deprived, you should try Fit Medical Weight Loss. I like to think it is a way of life now and NOT a diet.
