company makes shipping promises they can't keep, Then they don't even call or e-mail to let you know or to give an explanation or an excuse . They debit your account without any e-mail notification or tracking numbers.I made several calls back to find out what was going on i either got a recording or a busy signal. i was convinced i had been Duped so i did a chargeback on my credit card. the product finally arrived so i called them back to pay them, I called the number on this reveiw page. i was greeted very coldly, told that yes they wanted paid and that i needed to go elsewhere for any future orders they also said as soon as the card was ran they would fax an invoice to me, its been 2 hours no fax no nothing. This company from my experience is nothing more than an internet company selling other companys products and thats fine but they need to be professional, have e-mail capabilty,and if your told 2 day shipping then thats whats needs to happen and if not they need to keep you i
