I was told by the person I spoke with on the phone that I would have a broken crown replaced today when I called a week ago. An emergency, broken crown. The first appointment is not for week. I was clear with this person that I was expecting to have the crown replaced that day and asked if she had set aside enough time to do the required work. She assured me that she had and that I would have the new crown applied that day. When I called to confirm the the time of my appointment today, the story changed. They need two appointments and more money. They are just going to look at the tooth today. It will be another month before I get my new crown. I was flat out lied to. Now I have been waiting for a week in pain. And they are telling me that it will be at least a month before they can do the crown. These are not trustworthy people. Be warned to stay away.
