Provided by SuperpagesThis is one of the worst Einsteins in town! This morning I waited 20 minutes for a bagel/egg sandwich and received no apologies for the delay. Another lady with her young daughter finally asked for a refund due to the slowness of delivery. Her poor little girl said "but mom, where's my bagel?" Another lady just wanted a sliced bagel, toasted plain and said she waited over 15 minutes for it! This location needs to be retrained on how to move orders quickly, and if custimers are waiting too long, they need to be comp'd somehow. I will never return to this location, nor will I recommend it to others. Extremly slow and poor customer service.
