He has been my son's doctor since he was born at the hospital 6 years ago. Every time we go in he is really fast with the actual visit, the wait time is always pretty long considering. This last appointment we had they had the wrong chart and kept addressing my son by a different name, despite the fact that I corrected them multiple times. As stated, Dr. Lord has been my sons doctor since birth and even he didn't recognize his OWN PATIENT of 6 years. Never carries the flu shot either.

I have been to see Dr. Lord with my grandson twice now both times I was refused any input into care of my grandson. poor doc.

Dr Lord was recomended to my for my 1st child by my OBGYN. At first he seemed nice but there were little thing that started to bug me. His staff couldnt get the billing right I was forever having to call them. Dr lord would insint on examing my daughter on his patient table while she screamed her head off instead of letting me hold her like every other dr did. I wanted to breastfeed my child but when she was not gaining weight to his liking he handed me formula and said I want you to feed her this and left the room. So I switched to formula. She still was not gaining weight well at 12mo, he told me to give her 4 bottles of pedisure a day. She was throwing it up and he told me she HAS to drink it she HAS to get to the 25 percetile in hight and weight and would ignore my questions and concernes, at this point in the middle of an exam I packed my bags got my kids and walked out. I found a new dr who my kids and I love.
