DO NOT SEE DEBRA NARCISSE!!!! The last two times I've made appointments, one was in the morning and I still had to wait 45 minutes to be seen!! I asked why there was such a LONG delay since my appointment was early and her response was, "We have a lot of sick patients." You know what? I am SICK too, that's why I waited to be seen! She has ZERO empathy and DOES NOT value her patients time. She left me in the room three times to see other patients during my last visit last month. I told her that I've been having high blood pressure for the last few months, she didn't believe me, thought I was making it up, because I was upset about the wait. I emailed her this morning through "my chart". I attached 25 days that I had recorded of my high blood pressure. I have a machine that tracks this that I received from BCBS, it's recorded in the device too. Her response was to make an appointment so I can be seen again? Are you serious? I already told you and shown you that I have HBP (and was previously diagnosed with HPB that's in my medical records) she just wants my money and for me to wait on her again! NEVER EVER will I be seen with her! I'm sooo hoping something happens to me so I can SUE her and LOVELACE for neglect of care. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
