DO NOT GO THERE!!! THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST EVER!!! YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT THEY SAY YOU WILL GET, LIKE WARRANTY WORK... THEY SPIN A GOOD YARN, LIKE A 1962 USED CARE LOT, BUT WHEN THE RUBBER HITS THE ROAD, YOU BETTER HOPE YOU HAVE ZERO PROBLEMS... CARMAX EMPLOYEES ARE ALL VERY NICE TO YOU, UNTIL YOU ASK FOR SOMETHING, LIKE A WARRANTY REPAIR, OR FOR THEM TO COMPLETE ANYTHING THEY PLEDGED TO DO, AND THEN THEY TURN COLD AND SHUT OFF.
