Hi in response to Geraldine Kent when you purchased your groupon it was for a color ONLY so of course I charged you extra for highlights and you were happy with your hair until you realized you forgot your things. Which I shipped to you within the same week. Sometimes people are just looking for free services and in this case that was it I gave you excellent service and did everything you asked for in the very little amount of time you had due to your travel.

Absolutely terrible service worked with valarie. I told her I didn't want strawberry blond. Paid extra for highlights. Highlights look the same color as the strawberry blond I didn't want. After I left I tried to get my hat and scarf back I accidentally left. Noone would answer the phone. They say the hours are 9 to 6. Don't bother calling after 5 hours calling in one week still no answer. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else. I live an hour away and rarely go to alb.
