Worst company ever! Avoid at all cost. They are a bunch of incompetent liars. They never get anything done and then lie about doing it. I rented a house from them in a horrible condition. Dealing with them is a very frustrating experience. There is no one reasonable to talk to. I ended up having to do all the work myself such as fixing toilets, painting walls, cleaning carpets and pruning trees. All right after I moved in. This is by far the worst experience of renting a house that I ever had.

Ammre has always handled my mothers assoiation. For some reason they dont anymore but it is still litsed as the number for her to call. So she calls and the girl at the front desk asks her if she can hold just to not wait for an answer and outs her on hold. So when she comes back my mother says nicely, "just as a tip maybe you want to wait to wait for an answer when you ask if they can hold" The girl gets all mad and says she doesn't have time for it and actually hangs up on my mom!!! So my mom calls back and asks for the supervisor and the same girl says I would love you you to talk her. She puts my mother on with the supervisor, just for the supervisor to be just as rude!!!! If I could have put no tumbs up I would have!!

be careful .. this is one of those "phone tree" company'sThey never answer, return calls, and customer service is awful!

In regards the other review. I strongly disagree. My family and I had an excellent experience with AMMRE. The staff was always helpful, friendly and very prompt. I highly recommend AMMRE to all my friends and family. If you are looking for a wide variety of properties AMMRE is the place to go:)

Ammre has made a difficult experience horrible. They represent the worst of Albuquerque. Ignorance and unprofessionalism mixed with disrespect and disregard. Want to be completely ignored? Try calling one of the property 'managers'. Haha. Or, you can always be ignored by e-mail.
