The owner is rude, unprofessional, and did a horrible job on the alterations. Do not go here. Ever. I should have taken the uber-tacky biker patches proudly displayed on her wall as a warning. Full story below:



I dropped my dress of on a Thursday afternoon and she said it would be ready by Monday. I called Monday and I got, "Tomorrow afternoon at the latest." Finally, Thursday (today) my SO picked up the dress because I was out of town. I tried it on that night, and what do you know, the dress that used to be just a bit too big is now too small. She did not apologize and hinted that it was all my fault for not personally picking up the dress. Then, she refuses to come in a half hour early to fix her mistake. I wouldn't ordinarily care about half an hour but, I have wedding activities to do early that day and I have to get the dress altered. If she had done her job when she said she was going to, or god forbid done it correctly, this wouldn't be a problem. Oh, and best of all, her hours are clearly listed as 8-5, I asked her to come in at 8 to do the alteration.

If I could have selected a negative number of stars I would have.



She had 3 dresses for 2 weeks! She agreed to a week and a half. One dress was for an occasion on the pick-up date.



Shop is dirty and in a bad neighborhood. Dressing rooms are dirty & too small. Seamstress is unprofessional and did not get my dresses back to me by the agreed date. No phone calls from her communicating with me. I had to call her every time. I even called 2 days before I tried to pick them up to assure they were ready. I was told that they were done and ready. One dress was for a special occasion on the pick-up day, and it was not even at the shop when I tried to pick them up! Then I was told they were not ready after all! She quoted me 2 more days, but by then it was too late! I couldn't even just take them and have an emergency at another shop. She does not keep the garments in shop and doesn't bother to tell you she takes them elsewhere to sew. All I got was hassle & excuses, so I took the 3 dresses & I dropped them off elsewhere after fighting with her and threatening her with a small claims law suit to get them back.



DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!!
