We had a new hot water heater installed on 3 July. On 9July the pilot light went out.
We called All Out at 8:45 on 10 July and were told that the same person who installed the heater would contact us.
We called again at 2:00PM and were given the same exact message.
We called again at 4:00PM only to get a message that the voicemail box was full . . . . . .
