Paradigm shift.

Up until this year the clinic was great, but now the staff could care less about it's patients. For example, it's been more than two weeks since I ordered lenses, no word on if or when they will ever arrive. When I call I'm given the run around rather than an explanation for the delay. I suspect the initial order was botched and had to be reordered.
