Worst urologist I've ever been to. Unprofessional and condescending. Billed me over a year and a half after initial surgery and said it "slipped through the cracks.". Would never use them again.

Horrible!!!!!!!! Left sitting in waiting room for an hour. Suppose to have a blood draw before my appointment. No one ever called me. I finally went back to the counter to inquire. The lady made a call, said they would come get me in a while. This was already 15 minutes past my appointment, it takes 45 minutes for results. By then I would have missed appointment by an hour. A bunch of idiots, done with the whole medical business. Rude idiots at this place

ABRUPT, UNCARING, APATHETIC



He is rude, condescending, arrogant, Spent less than 10 minutes with me. Didn't seem concerned at all about what was ailing me. Went to another urologist found I had a hydrocele, but this doctor didn't spend enough time to even try to diagnose the problem.

Uncooperative, unresponsive! Takes your $$ but don't respond to questions or issues/side effects resulting from the prostate medications. My husband has an enlarged prostate and low blood pressure. Prostate med.s are also used in hypertension & we asked Geswaldo if there was any other medication we could use. NO, that was it, NO, it's the best. The blood pressure, after almost two weeks of medication, plummeted to 59/46! Patient was very unresponsive & weak. Called Geswaldo's office several times with no response. Time to find another urologist! Good luck if you are stuck with Alb. Urology Assoc., you'll need it!
