There is no way to enter zero stars. A one star is too generous. I suggest taking your vehicle to place that knows what they're doing.

i took my little car here in 2009 for a 4 wheel alignment. I came with out an appointment and within an hour my car was done. Customer service was excellent. i definately reccomend this place to anyone.

These gentleman were so kind to me, didn't treat me like I was a stupid woman, but with respect and kindness. They go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure their clients are safe..Little did I know that upon choosing them if I bring my car back every six months they check tires, brakes, and wear and will rotate my tires for free...yes that's right Free..Plus their tire prices are great! Thanks guys ur wonderful! My wait?? I was a walk in and they were packed, But they were polite and kept me up to date, coffee in the waiting room, magazines books, toys and books for the kids! These men are the greatest in my eyes. They were honest and upfront..and no Christmas music in August..hahahaha

I recently went to Albuquerque Tire when I was on a road trip and I was so satisfied with the service that I needed to let people know. The men behind the counter were very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail to me. I was very confident that I was only getting the things I needed. I could tell that this was an honest company really out there to make their customers happy. I wish they were in my city because I would go to them for all of my car needs.

Our company Junk Pros, has multiple trucks which need to be serviced regularly and many time on a short notice. We have been taking our fleet there since 2006 when we first opened. They have always ensured that are vehicles are serviced quickly because we have to be back on the road for our jobs. It seems like everytime we take our trucks there, they always fix minor things for us at no additional cost!!! As a business owner, this type of service shows me that they care about their customers by offering great prices and great sertvice. Tom and Adam have gone the extra mile to keep our vehicles on the road at a great price and fast service. Needles to say my personal vehicles are also serviced there. I highly recommend this place.

Don't go to this place unless you want frustration, wasted time, and lost money. That's all I got. We made an appointment. I came in and waited 3 hours for the repair, but the repair didn't actually fix the problem I went in to have solved. $200+ later, with wasted time and money, why would anyone go to this place?2 tires and an alignment was said to fix my problem. 3 hours, $200+ dollars, and well yes 2 new tires and an alignment, I still didn't have a fixed problem. Further, the clerk said, "You can come back another day to have that problem fixed." Ironically, that was the problem I came in for to have fixed.Customer service is wierd - an explanation for the delay (especially since I saw a dozen people come through while I was waiting) or an apology for the delay would have been helpful.At best, I got, "I understand you've been waiting 2 hours already..." and "Here are some [bogus] discounts." Unless you want to waste 3 hours, $200+ dollars and leave the place with the same problem you came in, don't go to Albuquerque Tire Company. That's what I did today, I went in with a problem, and left 3 hours later - after having made the appointment earlier in the week, seeing many customers serviced before me, and leaving only to find that the problem that I went for still exists, 'and I could come back another day to get it solved.'



Would you go to some place that stole time and money from you? The ploy is to make you wait a long time in a hot lobby under the torture of bad Christmas music until you are too exhausted to complain.



I've had better service - everywhere else, except for the Chevron repair place in Bernalillo. Don't go here. I went here on the advice of a friend and am beginning to think my friend really doesn't like me.



Anyway, I'll never get my money back, nor an apology for the delay, nor an explanation as to why 2 tires and a rotation took 3 hours.
