I went in today and no one appeared to be manning the desk. The beautician was telling a woman who wanted an appointment that she was too busy and could not take her. No one appeared to be watching for customers. After the beautician made it very clear to the customer she was not going to help her, I asked if someone was available to do nails; I did not dare ask her for an appointment to cut my hair. She responded very angrily that they were very very busy. This place had never stated you had to have an appointment before and there was no sign on the outside saying that either. She just said they were too busy and was not going to help me. I had been going there for several months and they just added the beautician as a new service. I will never go back there again; their service was terrible. They evidently have all the customers they need and do not need any more because they just ignore potential customers because they are too busy to serve them. I have never been treated so badly before. First, I was ignored and when I asked for help, I was just told they were too busy to schedule an appointment. They should just lock the doors when they have too many customers.

Absolutely amazing staff! I am always greeted with smiles and conversation! The owner welcomes you and makes sure you are comfortable and happy with your service before you leave! This is my usual visit for a gel mani/ pedi. I won't go anywhere unless I absolutely have to and I always go back to A&J because they do a better job! :)

Do not go! They are very sloppy and never talk to you just each other. They messed up on my nails twice and still didn't fix them. I am just glad it was my toes and I was wearing peeptoes. Never going back there in my life.
