I called and setup an appointment a few weeks in advance. I rearranged my schedule to be at the appointment but these guys apparently could not be bothered to show up. When I called to see if they were coming the guy on the phone (who was the some one with whom I had made the appointment) pretended that we never set up an exact date and time. Seriously? When I said I thought I would call someone else he said "Sounds good!" Well good luck running a business like that A-1.

Wonderful work. They showed up on time, works diligently to install several light fixtures. Very professional, and a great finished product. Would definitely hire them again, and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of electrical work.

The service was prompt, professional, and the rates were very reasonable. John even helped out on an extra job, saving a call to an appliance repair service. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Awesome Job! John came out the day we called..gave us suggestions on what to buy and how he would run the electricity and his quote. After we purchased the fan.. they came out and installed a new fan in our familty room and moved the one that was in there to our office. Considering how they had to run wires to the ceiling we were amazed that they were able to do it with minimal damage to the wall and ceiling. Did a great job at a very reasonable price. A1 is our electrician of choice for sure

A-1 Electric gave me same day service which was important to me because I lost power in part of my house. They came on time, were very courteous, and promptly fixed my problem. They told me about some other things I might want to fix. They answered all my questions before they left. I look forward to using them to do the other work that I need.

I called to have them install a 220 plug for my dryer. I have a panel on the other side of wall from where I need the plug. This guy first quoted a decent rate but then decided he would "pass" because of the drive time and the possibility that he could not do it and then would not be able to CHARGE me! Are you kidding. A company like this doesn't deserve my hard earned money!! What happened to customer service? Conway Electric was glad to take the job and they deserved my money. Don't waste your time with this joke of a company who obviously only cares about your money and not their service.

They did an awesome job! They responded really fast and I was able to get in my hot tub by the end of the day. Let alone the price was one of the lowest! I will definitely use them again.
