The installation of heating and air condition equipment had mixed results. The crew that did the actual installation was excellent; the office management was below average. The heating and air conditioning inspection failed the first time, in part, because the office failed to obtain a work permit to do the electrical work. They promised to provide assistance with getting a rebate from PNM - never happened. They promised to repair window screen damage from installation work - never happened. Get anything you want done in writing because their verbal assurances are worthless.

The service provided by this company was excellent!! My air conditioning broke and the owner was at my house within an hour and had my air conditioning fixed very quickly. I called many companies and he gave the best quote over the phone, and sure enough, the cost of my repair was amazingly reasonable. I strongly recommend this company for your repair needs!!!
