They've always done a great job with our husky. Only thing that's frustrating at times is the vets trying to push various treatments without concern for your budget. But office staff seem to understand and help with alternatives.

In my personal experience and opinion this office should not be doing surgery for ectropion. I have heard the phrase "botched surgery" more than i care to mention. Should have known it was messed up when I had to take my dog to a different vet to replace stitches and she commented that "she sure did cut a lot off". My dog will always have to have eye drops in her eyes to prevent dryness and infection, especially since she doesn't have any eyelids or tear ducts. I was never informed that this type of surgery rarely works out well or that my poor dog would have lifelong complications from this. Ask for a second opinion. Do not allow this vet to do this surgery to your dog. There are specialists out there who are better trained.
