They've always done a great job with our husky. Only thing that's frustrating at times is the vets trying to push various treatments without concern for your budget. But office staff seem to understand and help with alternatives.

In my personal experience and opinion this office should not be doing surgery for ectropion. I have heard the phrase "botched surgery" more than i care to mention. Should have known it was messed up when I had to take my dog to a different vet to replace stitches and she commented that "she sure did cut a lot off". My dog will always have to have eye drops in her eyes to prevent dryness and infection, especially since she doesn't have any eyelids or tear ducts. I was never informed that this type of surgery rarely works out well or that my poor dog would have lifelong complications from this. Ask for a second opinion. Do not allow this vet to do this surgery to your dog. There are specialists out there who are better trained.

I highly reccommend Albion Animal Center for its professional performance and high quality care of my animals. The staff is very caring and treat my pets with love and respect. The office is very clean and very well organized.

I really like the doctors and staff! Everyone is so kind, patient, and friendly. They are great with the animals, you can tell everyone truly cares about your pets health. They treat the owners with respect, they explain everything to you without making you feel ignorant. They answer all questions you may have and they work with you financially. I am truly grateful to them for all they do for my family...my pets are in good hands with Albion Animal Center!Tammy Byham
