Extremely Poor customer service. I have yet to find an employee here after 10 years here who is not :incompetent, low-intelligence, non-motivated, slow reaction time, lack customer service skills, lack problem solving ability. On more than one occasion an employee's appearance is not clean, professional nor neat. These employees generally cause more problems than they solve. They are untrustworthy and non dependable in knowledge, to say the least. US Cellular in general is competent and competitive with other companies, however this particular franchise location is severely faulty.
